Siddharth Sharma, Graduate Fellow, supports our South Asia practice.

Siddharth holds a master’s in international business from the Fletcher School at Tufts University, specializing in strategic management, and a law degree from Jindal Global Law School. Siddharth combines his knowledge of business analysis, legal frameworks, research, and policy development to drive initiatives from empowering startups to crafting nuanced public affairs strategies.

His professional journey before McLarty includes contributing to Nestlé’s business strategies in India, enhancing PayPal’s industry presence, and strengthening support for Indian startups with KPMG in New Delhi, where he helped conceptualize grand challenges, create capacity-building initiatives, and facilitated international market access.

Originally from India, Siddharth’s diverse background is further enriched by his experiences living in various countries across Asia and the Middle East. He is fluent in Hindi and applies his cross-cultural insights to advance McLarty’s engagement in South Asia.
