Saúl Feder

Saúl Feder, Senior Advisor, works as a member of our Mexico practice based in Mexico, where he supports companies that invest in the oil and gas sector.

Mr. Feder has extensive experience working in the Mexican energy sector. Before heading a family business in Mexico City, he served as Minister for Energy Affairs at the Mexican Embassy in Washington DC, and previously as Director General of the Investment Promotion Unit at the Mexican Energy Ministry (SENER) in Mexico City for five years. He has also worked for the Education Department and in the private sector.

Mr. Feder is a part time professor at Universidad Anahuac, where he teaches project financing. He is part of the executive committee of COPARMEX, the Mexican Employer’s Association, for the Mexico Oriente region.

He has a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Universidad Anahuac in Mexico City and has been a visiting professor at the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
