Robert Evans

Robert Evans, Associate, supports our South Asia practice.

Robert is an associate with the India and South Asia practice, having formerly worked as the practice’s graduate fellow. He previously served as the South Asia and international security senior intern at the American Enterprise Institute in support of Senior Fellows Sadanand Dhume and Amb. Paul Wolfowitz. Robert’s research for the Uyghur Human Rights Project has been cited in several publications, including in The New York Times and The Telegraph. He is also an editor-at-large for the Stimson Center. Robert is proficient in Urdu, Hindi, and French. 

Robert completed his B.A. in world politics at Hamilton College in New York and attended the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.
