Valentina Zuluaga is an Associate for McLarty Associates’ Northern Latin America practice. Prior to joining McLarty Associates, she served as a Program Associate on the Latin America and Caribbean team at the National Democratic Institute, supporting democratic resilience programs in the region. Valentina earned her bachelor’s degree in global studies and political science from the University of Richmond, where she served as Vice President of the Speech and Debate team and President of the College Democrats. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
