Sarah Phillips
Sarah Phillips, Associate, supports our Northern Latin America practice.
Sarah Phillips has more than three years of experience working on political and economic developments in Latin America. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and international relations from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Geneseo. As the recipient of a Fulbright English Teaching Assistantship, Sarah spent a year living and working in Pasto, Colombia. Following her time in South America, Sarah was a research assistant at the Inter-American Dialogue, a DC-based think tank focused on Western Hemisphere affairs. In this role she helped inform and shape policies to promote energy security and climate change mitigation in Latin America and the Caribbean. A recent graduate of the University of Oxford, Sarah completed her MPhil in Latin American Studies in 2023 as a William de Segundo scholar.
