Perry Spiegel, Director, works with clients on trade policy-related issues in the United States and abroad. Before this, he served as Manager for the Trade practice. Prior to joining McLarty Associates, Perry worked as a Policy Advisor on the White House National Security Council’s International Economics Directorate, focused on trade, economic security, and industrial policy.

Previously, he was Special Assistant for the deputy U.S. trade representative, covering Asia, Africa, investment, and digital trade. Prior to trade policy, Perry started in Advance and events for former President Joe Biden’s non-profit, the Biden Institute, on the 2020 campaign trail, and for presidential travel overseas, including hosting foreign delegations in the U.S. Perry is a candidate for a Master of Business Administration from Boston University. He received his Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Delaware. Perry also received an Executive Certificate from Harvard University Kennedy School of Government for trade policy.
