Lauren Molina

Lauren Molina, Senior Associate, supports our Mexico, Central America, Caribbean and the Andean region practices.

Lauren received her Masters in Latin American Studies from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, where she completed a capstone on US policy toward Central America. Lauren joined the team after serving as a graduate fellow in our Northern Latin America practice. Her previous experience includes the Atlantic Council’s Adrienne Arsht Center for Latin America and the Race, Ethnicity, and Social Inclusion Unit as part of the Bureau of Western Hemispheric Affairs at the U.S. Department of State.

Lauren graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelors in Latin American Studies and International Affairs. She is originally from Pembroke Pines, Florida, a suburb between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, and speaks fluent Spanish.
