Karen Lee, Associate, supports our Southeast Asia practice.
Karen is a dual-degree MA graduate from Tsinghua University and John Hopkins SAIS, where she concentrated in international development and Southeast Asia studies. Previously, Karen has worked at the US-ASEAN Business Council, the Southeast Asia Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), and The Asia Group.
Karen received her BA in International Relations from Stanford University, where she graduated with honors. Born and partially raised in Bethesda, Maryland, Karen is proficient in multiple languages, including Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and Spanish. She has a working knowledge of Korean, French, and Bahasa Indonesia.
