Holly Stevens is an Associate in the Energy and Critical Minerals Practice at McLarty Associates. Prior to joining McLarty, she served as a Policy Advisor in Samantha Power’s Policy Office at the U.S. Agency for International Development, where she focused on critical minerals, energy, and economic policy.
She began her career as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Cameroon working on economic development. Her experience includes work in the private sector in Morocco, research positions at multiple foreign policy think tanks including the Brookings Institution, legislative roles in the Colorado General Assembly, and working on the Biden 2020 Presidential Campaign. Holly holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a fluent French speaker.
