Apeksha Chauhan graduated from Stanford University in 2022, where she received an LLM in International Economic Law, Business & Policy. Prior to studying at Stanford, she worked with India’s Ministry of Commerce and Industry on the revision and negotiation of trade agreements, WTO disputes and the Indian E-Commerce & Industrial Policy. During her time at the ministry, she also worked with NITI Aayog (a think tank to the prime minister’s office) on implementation and review of industrial schemes. Prior to joining McLarty, she worked with the Scholl Chair in International Business at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS).
