Sandra Joyce is Senior Vice President and Head of Global Intelligence at FireEye. Sandra oversees intelligence collection, research, analysis, and support services for FireEye cyber threat intelligence customers and the FireEye security product portfolio. Sandra has held positions in product management, business development, and intelligence research over the course of over 21 years in both national security and commercial industry. Sandra serves in the U.S. Air Force Reserve and is a faculty member at the National Intelligence University.

Charles Carmakal is Vice President, Strategic Services CTO at FireEye Charles is FireEye’s Strategic Services CTO and is one of the company’s leading incident response experts. He oversees a team that has helped over a thousand organizations respond to complex security breaches orchestrated by foreign governments, organized criminals, and political hacktivists. Charles has 19 years of experience helping organizations become more resilient to cyber attacks, including significant experience helping Fortune 500 organizations build and enhance security programs to combat advanced attacks. He frequently provides strategic security guidance to executive leadership and boards of directors.

Ambassador Robert Blake is Senior Director for Southeast Asia at McLarty Associates. Ambassador Blake served for 31 years in the State Department in a wide range of leadership positions. From 2013-2016, he served as the US Ambassador to Indonesia and prior to that as Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asia, serving from 2009-2013, for which he was awarded the State Department’s Distinguished Service Award. From 2006-2009, he served concurrently as US Ambassador to Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Prior to that, he served as Deputy Chief of Mission in India from 2003-2006, where he was named the worldwide DCM of the Year by the State Department.
